Changing PNR time limit settings for SU bookings

Attention accredited agencies and subagents!
 
Aeroflot PJSC informs that from 01/12/2023 changed setting time limit in PNR for SU bookings.
 
When creating a booking, the system initially sets a time limit of 30 minutes and issues a reminder to apply the TL command.
After applying the TL command, the system analyzes the 5th category of the UPT and, in accordance with it, sets the time limit in the form:
TL-1820/12YANV23/A
 
and issues a response:
PNR TIME LIMIT CHANGED (TL-1746/15JAN23)
 
If the agent does not submit a TL request and issue a ticket within the set 30 minutes, the time limit will be triggered and the seats will be cancelled.
