Sirena has completed the technological support phase of an interline agreement between the Russian airline Nordwind Airlines and the Polish carrier LOT Polish Airlines.
The agreement provides passengers with the opportunity to travel on a single ticket within the route networks of both companies. Among the obvious amenities are the optimal cost of flights, the absence of the need to collect and hand over baggage during transfers and additional security in case of unforeseen interruptions in the flight schedule.
Sirena ensured the construction and testing of links between the electronic ticket servers of the two airlines.
Empowering travelers makes an important contribution to rebuilding the airline market. Nordwind Airlines emphasizes the desire to make the trip as attractive as possible both in terms of providing a high level of service and through the development of a route network.
Despite the extremely difficult financial situation of the air transport and tourism market players, Sirena continues to provide support for all products and systems and to carry out improvements according to airline requirements.
