Sirena-Travel, JSC held a lecture at the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation (MSTUCA).

Sirena-Travel Company informs, that on October 12 was held a lecture for the students of Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation (MSTUCA) on "Business processes of distribution of airline services as one of the key components of the air transportation". The lecture was held under the "Programme for the training of specialists in aviation and tourism business for specialized educational institutions".
Lecture format was built on the principles of "business game". The students could define by themselves in practice the participants of the business process and then to build internal processes for each participant with a wide functionality and management tools, to predict the main information flows, which combine all participants into a common entity for implementation of passenger’s air transportation.

The result of this training was simulated control system for implementation of air carrier’s services and its influence on the efficiency on business of travel agencies.
In further discussion of the results of "business game" was analysed the structure of the control systems and its individual elements on example of existing technologies and services developed by Sirena-Travel for all the major players of the business process in the tourism industry: for the airlines, travel agencies, airports and for the passengers.
The purpose of Sirena-Travel's participation in the program  - to provide the students and teachers of educational industry institutions  the opportunity to use modern technology and developments in the field of resource management of airlines, booking tools, check-in systems, etc. , i.e. to provide the latest information on key systems, with which they have to work in a professional environment, to ensure the application skills and improve the quality of training of future specialists in the field of tourism.
