Company “Sirena-Travel” and Rosgosstrakh, one of the largest insurance companies in Russia, announced the launch of a new joint product "Protection of passengers".
Since April 2016, all agencies connected to "Sirena-Travel" GDS can issue accident policy on the program "Protection of passengers" for all their customers, purchasing tickets by them.
The insurance program "Protection of passengers” applies to teh whole air travel time: from the territory of the airport of departure, during the flight and till the exit from the territory of the arrival airport.
Policy issuing is possible as at the ticket offices and as well as online on the website of the airlines. This option appears directly during the ticket booking in the system. Formed order is paid by the client in one sum. The policy is given to the customer with the itinerary or sent to his e-mail as a PDF-file with the seal and signature of the insurer.
Active sales of insurance policies on the program "Protection of passengers” will enable the agency to earn extra fee for each policy, comparable with the Commission fee, set for a one sold ticket.
