Alla Savina presented the audience PSS "Leonardo" - the modern system of business management for Airlines, developed by "Sirena-Travel". She assessed the scope, possibilities and resources of the system, its services, prospects of implementation as a base control tool in Avia business.
Today PSS "Leonardo" is already implemented and used by several Russian airlines - "Taimyr", "Red Wings", "VIM-Avia", "Saratov Airlines". In the next future it is planned the migration to the system these airlines: "Pskovavia" "Buryat Airlines". The interest to this system have also other air carriers. During the discussion there were asked a number of specific iquestions regarding the control system PSS "Leonardo", its characteristics, operating conditions and technological possibilities for solving specific problems of business process management.
