In today's economic realities and the difficult situation in the airline industry as a whole, the introduction of this Russian system, that meets the most modern requirements and standards of resource management, distribution, sales optimization, - has become a fitting response to these challenges. The first results of the practical use of PSS «Leonardo» make possible to evaluate its potential for increasing the profitability of the airline.
Marina Volodina, commercial director of JSC "Sirena-Travel" opened the conference, presented the main actual achievements of "Sirena-Travel" on all key products of the company and announced the upcoming issues of presentations.

It was emphasized that the conference of Sirena-Travel is the perfect event for a business meeting, discussing a new products and initiatives, developed by JSC "Sirena-Travel", to improve the efficiency of further work and new opportunities for professional development for partners and customers of "Sirena-Travel". At the opening of the conference the presentation made David Gomez, commercial director of „Travelport“. Mr. Gomez has analyzed the current situation in the aviation distribution market, the latest trends in the management of air transportation, noted the steadily growing position of "Sirena-Travel" and Travelport in GDS market in Russia (in particular, taking into account the joint project - "Siren -Trevel International "). In his presentation Mr. Gomez has paid attention to important aspects in the development strategy of Travel-commerce in the Russian market, integrated solutions of Travelport, management techniques and presented priority products of Travelport, offered in Russia and around the world.
The main program of International Conference "Sirena-Travel" was devoted to detailed acquaintance with a concept, architecture and capabilities of PSS «Leonardo». One of the developer of the revenue management systmem of airlines and director on development projects "Sirena-Travel" Alexander Kuzmenkov explained the technological aspects of PSS «Leonardo», its functionality and programming interface. The individual elements and constructive solutions of this program have been demonstrated. In particular, A. Kuzmenkov told about the integration’s principiles of PSS «Leonardo» with existing products and business solutions, the airlines already using, noting the flexibility and multifunctionality of the new platform.
International Conference of "Sirena-Travel" during these three days of presentations provided all participants with relevant information, demonstrated the key directions in the development and opportunities for distribution improvement. The tangible result of this conference was the appeal of some airlines to developers of PSS «Leonardo» with requested to implement this system in operation. The first practical results of using the PSS «Leonardo» were presented in the conference.
