For the second year in a row, AZUR air has won the World Travel Awards in the Europe's Leading Charter Airline 2021 nomination. The World Travel Awards this year is presented 28 times and annually marks the most attractive airlines, tour operators, resorts, hotels and other representatives of the travel industry. The winners are determined by the results of a large-scale online voting, in which hundreds of thousands of professionals and consumers of travel services participate. The main evaluation criteria are the quality of the product and the level of service. The largest charter airlines in Germany, Turkey and Portugal lost to AZUR air in the fight for the award.
For almost 7 years, AZUR air has adequately represented Russia in the European tourist charter market, operating direct flights from Russia to world resorts. Recognition as one of the most prestigious awards in the field of tourism means that the airline has grown steadily, despite the challenges and difficulties that the global travel industry has been facing over the past 2 years.
It should be recalled that at the end of 2020, the carrier became a laureate of the prestigious industry award Skyway Service Award in the main category - "Confronting the Challenges 2020" and was also awarded a special diploma "For the effective adaptation of a business model in a crisis" within the framework of the National Aviation Award "Wings Russia "named after Evgeny Chibiryov.
