Air Astana increases the number of flights from Russia to Kazakhstan

Air Astana has increased the number of flights from Russia to Kazakhstan. Since October 4, regular flights from Moscow to Nur-Sultan will be operated 5 times a week, and flights on the Moscow - Almaty route will be operated daily.

On October 9, Air Astana will resume its regular flight from St. Petersburg to Nur-Sultan. The flight will be operated once a week on Saturdays. All passengers arriving in Kazakhstan from foreign countries must submit a PCR certificate with a negative test result for COVID-19 (the certificate is considered valid for 3 days from the date of issue of the result until the moment of crossing the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

All persons who have received a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, upon providing documentary evidence, may not present a PCR certificate with a negative result. According to the decree of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03.09.2021, passports / certificates / vaccination certificates of citizens of Hungary, Thailand, Mongolia, Georgia, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Turkey are recognized as valid in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. PCR is not required for citizens of these countries upon presentation of a full vaccination passport.
