Smartavia has introduced flexible refund terms for Smart fare. The new rules apply to tickets purchased before July 31 of this year for all scheduled flights of the carrier in the period before this date.
As part of the new rules, passengers can return a ticket with a collection. Detailed information on the refund of Smart fare tickets is available on the airline's website www.flysmartavia.com.
“In the rapidly changing situation with travel planning this summer, choice is of paramount importance for the passenger, so the new conditions for ticket refunds will help our customers feel more comfortable and confident,” said Svetlana Rodionova, Commercial Director of the airline.
The Smart fare is popular with Smartavia passengers due to the ability to fly with luggage weighing up to 23 kg.
In the summer season of 2021, the geography of Smartavia flights from the regions is saturated with resort and tourist destinations. The most popular airlines in the route network are Anapa, Sochi, Krasnodar, Gelendzhik and Simferopol.
