The system of sales organization

Agency  is a system designed to provide IT support for services delivery processes by travel agencies, its sub-agents, and corporate customers through software complex Sirena-Travel. The system includes components that allow to manage multi-tier system in a travel agency, control user access to services, manage agent's transfer commissions and fees, provide liaison between the agencies and Sirena-Travel in terms of  management of service delivery.
