In order to connect to Sirena-Travel Global Distribution System (GDS) in Russia, transport or travel agents (also referred to as agent or customer) have to:

- be accredited in the air transport settlement systems:

• TCH (Transport Clearing House) in Russia

• IATA BSP (International Air Transport Association) - in this case it is required to sign the relevant agreements with the airlines-members of BSP Russia. 

- and/or sign a direct agreement with one or several airlines and become the airlines' direct agent

After the accreditation procedures and signing the relevant agreements with the airlines, agents should contact JSC Sirena-Travel to request the Agency Agreement (AG-11). The contact number of the contracts department is +7 (495) 940-61-40, Fax: +7(495) 782-01-54(64).

In signing the Agency Agreement, JSC Sirena-Travel offers a range of terminals, from which the agent can choose technology addresses, and needs to send requests for description (registration) in the required session to the appropriate accrediting organization: TCH, IATA BSP, or Airlines. Thus the code of sales location will be assigned by a settlement system or by the airlines. Then Sirena-Travel technical service will send the Sirena-Travel GDS terminal emulator to the address of the agency.

Besides the direct mode of agent connection to Sirena-Travel GDS, subagent interaction is a possible option. In this case accreditation in TCH or IATA BSP is not required. One needs to sign a subagent contract with an agent who already has the required accreditation and signed up the contract with Sirena-Travel. All legal, financial, and organizational issues are to be solved with the agent, who also provides the subagent with Sirena-Travel GDS terminals.

The neutral form of TCH allows cashiers of your agency to issue tickets to all Russian Airlines, some CIS and international airlines. List of airlines is published under the link.

The neutral form of IATA BSP allows cashiers of your agency to issue tickets for international flights of the airlines accredited in the IATA BSP Russia. A list of international airlines, whose tickets can be issued in the BSP session in Sirena-Travel GDS is published here.

Please note:

* As a direct agent of the TCH session, a travel agent can act as a subagent when selling tickets on BSP forms. And vice versa, the agent can be a direct agent in BSP and a subagent in TCH (applied to work in Sirena-Travel GDS).

The next step is to ensure the possibility of online access to Sirena-Travel resources in the *Main and *Additional sessions, in order to obtain the schedule, fare, seat availability and other information and to book seats (also followed by the issue of the electronic ticket) on one customer's Website. There are two possible ways of connection to GDS Sirena-Travel: by using the IBE Software Distribution Information System FORS, developed by Sirena-Travel, or in the own available IBE through XML WS-Gate, the operational gateway to GDS Sirena-Travel.

The prices of the services involved in the provision of interaction between the customer's terminals and GDS Sirena-Travel both through FORS software and XML WS-Gate (as of 4/10/2011) include:

- the Software setting for one Website of the Customer (with informational and booking functionality) - 42 000 (Forty-two thousand) rubles, including VAT, as a lump sum;

- providing for the access of the Customer's Terminals, specified in the Requests, to the GDS in the Main Session in order to obtain schedule, fare, seat availability and other information and to book seats on one Customer's Website, using the Software – 8 750 (Eight thousand seven hundred and fifty) rubles, including VAT, monthly.

- providing for the access of the Customer's Terminals, specified in the Requests, to the GDS in the Additional Session in order to obtain schedule, fare, seat availability and other information and to book seats on one Customer's Website, using the Software – 5 000 (Five thousand) rubles, including VAT, monthly for each Additional Session.

- in case of connection through XML WS-Gate, inquiry processing costs additionally 0.0252 rubles, including VAT, monthly for each plus point of the balance. The balance of inquiries is calculated as follows: each inquiry or transaction has certain number of points (- or +) attributed to it, which are summarized once a month to draw up the total balance. Only positive balance needs to be paid for.

*The term Main Session means an operating session with an airline or the TCH, upon the Customer's choice in which the Customer is going to book seats and issue air tickets in the framework of this Supplementary Agreement. The term Additional Session means an operating session with an airline or the TCH, upon the Customer's choice, other than the Main Session.
