• Comtech-N CJSC, the major computer software engineer
• Transport Clearing House CJSC, performing accreditation of agencies and air transportation reservations centers, allocating settlement payment for passenger and cargo transportation between the members of BSP etc.
• Reservations systems (all domestic reservations systems, Sirena-2000, Sirena-2.3, Garbiel, global distribution systems Amadeus and Sabre. Sirena-Travel ADS performs online data exchange with all reservations systems (except for Sirena-2.3), that enables travel booking irrespective of the inventory system that provides airline seat resources.
• Airlines (almost all airlines of Russian Federation, CIS states, and several foreign airlines), that make their resources of travel reservations and sales available through Sirena-Travel ADS irrespective of the inventory system they are located in.

The main users of the system are more than 300 travel agencies in Russia, CIS and other countries near and far abroad. Among them, Glavagentstvo Service Ltd., Alliance Travel Ltd., Fornax Ltd., VIP-service CJSC and many others.
