• Booking and sales of tickets, including sales through the web sites of travel agencies and airlines.

The content of Sirena-Travel includes the resourсe of 100% of Russian airlines and most airlines of the CIS countries, such as Airoflot, Transaero, Russia Airlines, UTair, Aerosvit Ukraine Airline, Air Astana, Ukraine International, etc. In association with Travelport the distribution of foreign air carriers' resources from Sirena-Travel terminals was organized. Among them are British Airways, Lufthansa, Iberia, Etihad, China Eastern Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways, Vietnam Airlines, Japan Airlines and others.

• The placement of the airlinea' resource in the inventory center, and providing the electronic ticket technology.

Sirena-Travel solutions enabled the implementation of E-Ticketing technology and interactive cooperation of all its elements, including the ETS-2000 and Astra DCS with its web application, which in its turn allowed to implement online check-in for the flights.

• Reservation and sales of intermodal (combined) carriage

Due to the developed intersystem interaction and the distribution aggreement signed with AccessRail (IT provider for Deutsche Bahn), it is now possible to issue a combined air and railway ticket. Besides, Sirena-Travel terminals allow to issue tickets for Moskow Aeroexpress trains.

• Booking and sales of seats for cultural and entertainment events

Sirena-Travel operates the sybsystem of booking and sales of tickets for sports and entertainment events Premiere AS. This is a unique, modern, and versatile tool used for sales of seats of institutions involved in organizing and conducting sport and cultural events.

• Hotel reservation

More than 1,045 hotels in 215 cities of the Russian Federation became available from Sirena-Travel terminals through the integration with the web-resource of Vitus Bering, company known as a the hotels supermarket in Russia. The direct contracts with hotels and specially developed software that connects Vitus Bering office with the hotels into a single information network allow to make online reservations.

• Issuance of insurance policies

• Electronic payment processing

Sirena-Travel solutions allow to implement an Internet shop with full functionality, the possibility of both online and offline payments with a plastic card, electronic money Yandex.Money, WebMoney, as well as using the payment processing system Evroset, terminal network Qiwi, Elecsnet, Cyberplat, Unistream, Contract, Rucard, bank payment processing terminals etc. 

Sirena-Travel is open to cooperation and partner relations with other IT providers and for this purpose offers the xml gateway to the Sirena-Travel reservations system to expand the range of customer services in the tourism sector.

Our goal is to expand the content of Sirena-Travel distribution system to provide travel agents with the most complete set of travel services for their further implementation through Sirena-Travel terminals as well as make use of Sirena-Travel solutions in online sales and processing.

Signing an agreement with German company HitchHiker on the distribution of European low-cost carriers from the terminals and web applications of Sirena-Travel can serve as an example of such successful integration. Consolidation of the low cost carriers resource with a view of further sale is one of the priorities, the implementation of which significantly expands the content that Sirena-Travel offers to its agents. In addition, the company HitchHiker has an interface for 4 reservations systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan), and the project of connecting Sirena-Travel is currently in implementation.
